Salary : M1 – UPS3 Fringe (£33,075 – £50,471) + TLR2 (£3,914 – £8,279 depending on experience)

About the Role :

As Deputy Head of English, you will :

• Support the Curriculum Team Leader in delivering high-quality teaching and learning across KS3 and KS4
• Take a lead in developing an engaging, inclusive curriculum tailored to meet the needs of all learners
• Monitor and evaluate student outcomes, supporting intervention strategies where needed
• Inspire and support colleagues, acting as a role model for outstanding classroom practice
• Champion literacy across the school and contribute to a culture of high expectations and continuous improvement
