GSL Education are seeking a dedicated KS3+ Teaching Assistant to join a school in the Nottingham area from September 2025 . As a KS3+ TA , this role offers the opportunity to assist pupils’ learning, support teachers in the classroom, and help create a positive, inclusive, and engaging environment for older students.

As a KS3+ Teaching Assistant , you will :

• Support teachers in delivering lessons and classroom activities for KS3+ pupils.
• Provide individual or small group support to help pupils achieve their academic goals.
• Encourage positive behaviour, confidence, and engagement in learning.
• Monitor and record pupils’ progress and communicate feedback to teachers.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe, supportive, and stimulating classroom environment.
