Insights Analyst (all genders) to join our Highsnobiety+ team in London or Berlin . At Highsnobiety, insights are more than data — they’re the cultural sparks that keep our work relevant, surprising, and ahead of the curve. Our Research & Insights function works hand-in-hand with Strategy teams across Europe and the US, shaping projects for partners like Nike, Jameson, and Dickies, and driving thought leadership such as our recent Luxury Redefined white paper with BCG.
We’re looking for an Insights Analyst (all genders) to join the team and contribute to client projects and thought leadership.
Responsibilities
- Support senior team members across client projects and thought leadership
- Design and run custom research studies, analyze findings, and turn them into compelling stories
- Own and manage our HS Rolodex (our always-on insights panel) and present findings directly to clients with confidence
- Stay close to what’s happening in fashion, lifestyle, and culture, and form sharp opinions on new industries and categories at speed
Qualifications
2–3 years’ experience at a brand or agencyFluent in both qualitative and quantitative methodsStrong communication and presentation skillsAbility to juggle multiple projects at onceUnderstanding of GDPRFamiliarity with tools like SurveyMonkey or AirtableWe offer
