Junior Estimator - Mechanical (MEP)

£30,000 – £35,000 per annum (depending on experience) plus benefits

London

We are currently looking for a Junior Estimator to join our client's busy Project Division within a leading Building Services company based in Central London.

Requirements :

Minimum of 3–5 years' experience within the building services or M&E sector

Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems

Proven experience of working with mechanical systems

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications :

HNC / HND or degree in Engineering, or a related field

Experience working across commercial, residential, and public sector projects
