Salary : 33,074- 50,470 per annum (paid to scale for London fringe)

Contract : Full-time or Part-time

Tradewind Recruitment is working with a well-regarded, supportive primary school in Watford, Hertfordshire, to recruit an engaging and flexible PPA Cover Teacher . This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced practitioner or a newly qualified teacher (QTS or equivalent) to join a school where teamwork, professional development and pupil progress are at the heart of everything they do.

Role Overview

As a PPA Cover Teacher , you will :

• Deliver high-quality lessons across the primary age range (EYFS, KS1 and KS2) to cover teachers during their Planning, Preparation and Assessment time.
• Adapt quickly to different classes, year groups and curriculum areas.
• Ensure continuity of learning by following the class teacher's planning and providing effective feedback.
• Foster a positive classroom environment where every child feels supported and challenged.
• Uphold the school's behaviour policy and safeguarding procedures at all times.
• Work closely with year group teams to contribute to the wider life of the school when needed.
