Job description

Axiom is hiring a Team Leader - Full Stack Software Engineer for a leading blockchain financial infrastructure company. You’ll help design and scale stablecoin payment platforms.

It's a hands-on, high-impact role where you'll help shape core features from day one, leading a highly skilled full-stack team, and build the next generation of banking and payment infrastructure.

What You'll Be Doing

Coming in as a team lead, you will oversee a very strong and long-standing full-stack team, developing next-generation blockchain-focused banking infrastructure.

  • Design and scale robust backend systems and API platforms.
  • Launch and iterate on user-facing features on the front end.
  • Engineering seamless front-to-back systems for on-chain products.
  • Contribute to a next-gen financial platform that bridges traditional and decentralised technologies.
  • Lead on system architecture, developer experience, and automation at scale.
  • Collaborate across teams to shape the roadmap and deliver meaningful, user-driven features.

What You'll Bring

  • 10+ years in software engineering with strong backend skills (TypeScript / NodeJS, SQL).
  • Experience building microservices and distributed systems (e.g. NestJS).
  • Comfortable with frontend frameworks.
  • Skilled in CI / CD, cloud (GCP a plus), and Kubernetes.
  • Must Have : a background in crypto / blockchain. With prior experience of delivering on-chain.
