Job Description
We are looking for a Conveyancing Assistant to join our client based in Selby. You must have 12 months experience in conveyancing.
Monday-Friday
£25-27k depending on experience.
The Role: - Open and update files on the case management system
- Prepare and send letters and documents
- Issue contracts and assist with enquiries
- Order searches and support exchanges and completions
- Handle post, phone calls, and general admin tasks
Skills & Experience - At least 12 months’ experience in conveyancing
- Good IT skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to manage workload and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
