We’re expanding our Healthcare Division and looking for a 360 Recruitment Consultant
Based in Manchester, you’ll manage the full recruitment cycle developing client relationships, sourcing candidates, and ensuring full compliance across all placements.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a temp desk in the healthcare sector
- Source and place healthcare professionals into temporary roles
- Maintain candidate pipelines and client relationships
- Ensure all placements meet compliance and safeguarding standards
- Write job adverts and manage recruitment campaigns
- Meet activity and billing targets
