Marketing Campaigns Manager - Based in Bracknell (Hybrid) – Perm - £35-40K

We’re working with a fast-growing marketing partner that’s redefining how brands stand out - they’re people-centric and shakin’ up the agency model! With a buzzing start-up culture, a strong client base across recruitment and B2B sectors, and a reputation for bold, creative thinking – they’re looking for a Marketing Campaigns Manager to join their growing team.

In this role you’ll :

1. Lead the delivery of integrated campaigns across email, content, and digital channels.

2. Work closely with clients, managing timelines, expectations, and results.

3. Collaborate with creatives and specialists to bring campaigns to life.

4. Contribute ideas, strategies, and hands-on execution to make brands stand out.

About you

1. 3+ years’ experience in B2B marketing (agency or in-house).

2. Confident running campaigns, particularly email automation and content marketing.

3. Strong communicator with client-facing experience and a genuine enthusiasm for networking.

4. Strategic thinker who’s also hands-on and delivery focused.

5. Recruitment marketing experience would be a real advantage, but not essential.
