The Role

We’re seeking a Project Manager with direct experience in patient recruitment —whether from a sponsor, CRO, or vendor environment. In this role, you’ll lead global projects from initiation to close-out, ensuring excellence in delivery, communication, and client satisfaction.

You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, coordinate cross-functional resources, manage budgets and documentation, and help drive continuous improvement in how we deliver our services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple patient recruitment projects from end to end.
• Serve as the main client contact and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Coordinate resources across internal teams and external vendors.
• Prepare study pages, ethics documentation, and patient screening materials.
• Track KPIs, manage budgets, and oversee project financials.
• Conduct client training sessions and gather feedback.
• Contribute insights to improve our platform and service delivery.
