A late night cocktail bar offering you the perfect place for after work drinks or a cheeky dance, people like me because I look real good and sell nice drinks. We're located in lots of different places across London, we can be hired out for private parties and we have a notoriously eclectic musical taste; ranging from hip-hop, to disco, to funk, to 80's, to 90's to classic party bangers!

The Deputy Manager we're looking for needs to be :
Opening and closing the venue to the correct standards and in line with company policyManaging the atmosphere on shift to ensure that the venues are clean, the music and lighting are at the correct levels and the temperature is comfortable for customersDelivering a memorable experience at all times and engaging with customers in an effort to gain their insightsOperating the venues within the limits of its licenceWorking with the General Manager on managing stock to deliver sales and GP targetsCompleting all daily duties with an emphasis on ensuring that customer experience is the highest priorityReport and resolve any serious incidents incidents / accidents and escalate to the General Manager when necessaryMaintaining a safe work environment at all times and reporting issues immediatelyKeep accurate records of all incidents and report in line with company policyDeputising for the GM when they are out of the businessCompleting specific projects allocated by the General Manager with a view to delivering the bars business planConducting job chats and investigations with the guidance of the People TeamCollaborating with the General Manager with recruiting and retaining the best team for your venueOverseeing the training of Bar and Assistant ManagersComplete all reasonable requests from line managersThis is not an exhaustive list and other duties will fall within the remit as assigned by your line manager.
