Overview
Inclusive United Community Interest Company is a non-profit organisation providing enriching experiences for young adults with learning disabilities during the daytime, weekdays.
Our main goal is to create more inclusive sport opportunities for underrepresented groups. We provide a safe, fun space at a variety of sessions throughout the week during the day for young adults with mild to moderate learning disabilities. Participants enjoy meeting up with friends, staying healthy and fit and taking part in a blend of inclusive football, multi-sports, wellbeing (yoga and pilates inspired) and indoor games such as table tennis and snooker when we have use of an indoor space.
Role overview
We\'re looking for a passionate and proactive volunteer to help us raise vital funds to support our inclusive sports sessions for young people with learning disabilities and additional needs. As a Fundraiser Volunteer, you\'ll help us identify opportunities, organise fundraising events, and engage with local communities and businesses to support our work. Whether you have experience or simply lots of enthusiasm, your time and energy could make a real difference. Flexible role.
