What you will be doing

As a Solution Architect, you will :

• Lead the design, implementation, and governance of technology solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams of internal and external SME’s to deliver solution architecture artefacts which underpin business change.
• Support the improvement of technology led change across the business to help promote a strong innovation culture.
• Remain informed of industry changes and technology evolution looking for opportunity to bring those changes to life at WG&S.
• Provide expert architectural and technical guidance to technology change initiatives ensuring compliance with Enterprise Architecture guidance and direction.
• Define technology architecture and solutions in line with our technology vision and roadmap.
• Lead architectural engagement with third-party vendors, ensuring proposed solutions align with architecture direction and industry best practice.
• Play an integral role in project delivery by providing expert architectural and technical guidance, while ensuring design thinking is embedded from the outset and throughout.
