Salary : up to £26,500 OTE

Hours :   Monday to Friday 9am to 5 : 30pm, Saturdays 9am to 1pm

The role of a Trainee Lettings Consultant is exciting and rewarding!

Duties will include :

• Identifying new business opportunities and registering new applicants
• Booking and carrying out property viewings
• Negotiating and agreeing tenancies
• Delivering exceptional customer service over the phone and face to face
• Achieving personal and branch sales targets
• Representing the company in a professional manner
• Building strong relationships internally and externally
