Quality Engineer

Overview

Quality Engineer role focusing on supplier quality. The position involves working with international aerospace, defence, motorsport and space customers. The role is backed by a multinational PLC and is described as a friendly, agile, and collaborative environment within a FTSE PLC context.

Salary : Salary TBC; anticipated around £45,000 (still being defined). Applicants should note the expected range or rule out if seeking over £52,000.

Responsibilities

• Focus on supplier quality and building strong relationships across the business and with suppliers.
• Apply 8D or formal problem-solving methodologies as part of quality improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and a high number of international / global suppliers.
• Support a people-focused quality role within a medium-sized, agile business backed by a FTSE 250 PLC.
• Maintain strong attention to detail and a practical, "doer" mentality.
• Work in a hybrid arrangement : approximately 4 days in the office per week, within ~20 miles of Royal Wootton Bassett, Wiltshire.
