a dedicated andpassionate SEN Teaching

Assistant who can make a meaningful impact in inclusive and nurturing

learning environments.

Your Role Will

Include :

• Providing tailored

support to a specific pupil with additional learning needs

Collaborating with

class teachers and SENCOs to implement personalised learning plans

Building a

positive and encouraging relationship to help the pupil engage and progress

Supporting

emotional regulation and social development

Assisting with

classroom activities and transitions to promote inclusion

What We’re Looking

For :

A caring,

empathetic, and patient approach

Strong

communication and interpersonal skills

Experience

supporting children with SEND or additional needs – highly desirable

Level 2 or 3

Teaching Assistant qualification – an advantage, but not essential
