At SEND Inclusion Support, we’re offering passionate educators the chance to step away from the rigid demands of traditional schooling and into a role that’s purpose-led, flexible, and deeply rewarding.

Through our Nurture Pathway, you’ll work as a Nurture Teacher, supporting pupils with SEND, SEMH, and EBSA needs who are currently out of school. You’ll design and deliver bespoke, interest-led sessions that build confidence, re-engage learners, and prepare them for reintegration—on their terms.

Our approach prioritizes relationships first. We believe that with the right connection, curriculum can follow. We work 1 : 1, at the pace of the student, blending creativity, empathy, and structure to bring learning to life.

We are now expanding our service to support students in the Ormskirk area. Referrals include a wide range of needs—from students on the verge of exclusion, to those with complex SEND or severe school-based anxiety.
