Overview

We are currently seeking Lecturers to teach across a range of undergraduate levels as part of our HND Construction Management programme. Due to our delivery model, we require flexibility to teach during weekdays, evenings and at weekends. This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

What you’ll be doing

As a Lecturer in Construction Management at Global Banking School, you will deliver modules related to the principles and practices of construction management, including the legal, environmental and technological context of today’s construction industry. You will develop and deliver comprehensive course materials, undertake all aspects of learning, teaching and assessment of students and keep up to date with latest developments in your field and student support practices.

Responsibilities

• All aspects of planning, delivering, and assessing student work, ensuring that all learning outcomes are met.
• Developing, updating, and improving course materials as appropriate.
• Using a variety of learning and teaching methods / materials.
• Actively engaging in staff development activities, peer observations, meetings and other administrative duties.
• Keeping up to date with latest developments in your field and student support practices.
• Working towards a range of clearly defined objectives for student attendance, continuation, completion, satisfaction and progression.
