• KS2 Expert : You should have a solid understanding of the KS2 curriculum, with the ability to engage and challenge students effectively.
• Behaviour Management : Strong classroom management skills are a must. We are looking for someone who can maintain a positive and respectful learning atmosphere.
• Planning and Marking : Your dedication to creating engaging lesson plans and providing constructive feedback through marking is essential.
• Long-Term Commitment : This role is expected to continue until at least Easter or summer, making it perfect for those seeking stability and an opportunity to make a significant impact.
• Team Player : Collaboration is key; you should be ready to work harmoniously with our dynamic team.
