We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused
Account Manager
to join our growing team. No previous account management experience is required — what matters most is a strong background in customer service, a proactive attitude, and the ability to build great relationships.
As an Account Manager, you'll be responsible for managing and developing relationships with our valued customers, that range from single, influential schools to entire MATs consisting of upwards of 40 schools. . You'll act as their main point of contact, ensuring their needs are met, spotting opportunities to add value, and upselling where appropriate.
You will build strong relationships and become a trusted adviser, gathering their feedback and meeting regularly with clients to understand their development plans, pain points and where you can add value. EPM's technological developments provide a range of exciting up-sell opportunities, therefore proactively promoting these new offerings is a vital part of this role. You will need strong presentation skills and the ability to manage senior stakeholders (Headteachers / FD / HRD / COO / CEO), regularly running training sessions and demonstrations in both online and face to face settings.
What we're looking for :
Proven background in customer service (essential)

Ability to build trust and rapport quickly
Proactive, positive, and solution-focused approach
Organised, with good attention to detail
Overall success will be measured by customer NPS scores, customer net revenue retention and revenue through cross- sell / upsell target achievement.
