Tax Director

We are recruiting for a Tax Director on behalf of our accountancy practice client, that is going through an exciting period of growth, hence the need to recruit. The role will be based at the firms office in Maidenhead and will oversee compliance and advisory functions, predominantly within the scope of private clients and OMBs.

As Tax Director, reporting to the Tax Partner, your responsibilities will include :

• Managing a client portfolio and providing a high-quality service to clients
• Managing the tax team which includes CTAs and ATT trainees
• Review of Self-Assessment tax returns, self-employed accounts and rental accounts
• Ensuring compliance with the firms published policies and procedures
• Overseeing the profitable provision of the firms tax compliance and advisory service and functions
• Growing the firms client base
