    We are working with a leading UK manufacturer seeking a skilled Lead Maintenance Engineer to join their small, close-knit team near Leicester. This role will be the most senior maintenance position on site, giving you full ownership of the maintenance function as a lead / manager.

    You will play a vital part in maximising profitability through the effective control and monitoring of the company’s maintenance functions, servicing, and repair of factory machinery, as well as ensuring projects are completed to agreed timescales.
