Fire Door Surveyor – North & East London Salary : £35,000–£40,000 per annum + company van & fuel card

About the Role CBW Recruitment is working with a leading maintenance and construction company to recruit a Fire Door Surveyor . This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with relevant experience and qualifications to join a team working on a variety of projects, from complex new builds and listed buildings to large commercial developments.

You’ll be responsible for surveying fire doors across multiple contracts in North and East London , ensuring compliance with fire safety regulations and reporting findings accurately.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out detailed fire door surveys in line with industry standards
• Record and report on the condition and compliance of fire doors
• Liaise with contractors, clients, and the compliance team as required
• Ensure surveys are completed efficiently and on schedule
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
