This will involvepliance with conditional contracts and development agreements and ensuring thatpletion funds and documents are available through to legalpletion and postpletion matters. You will be familiar with site acquisition and disposals documents, conditional contracts, option and development agreements, land transfers and SDLA returns. Clients will include registered providers of social housing and care homes, through to private developers.
