Job description
Are you passionate about working for an organisation that focuses on the community? Our public sector client is looking for a Senior Continuous Improvement Officer to join on a permanent bases. You will be responsible for supporting the development and embedding of a strategy for continuous improvement across the organisation. In this newly created role, you will work with collaboratively with the Performance Analyst to identify areas of under performance and provide support to services in developing KPIs, identifying drivers of poor performance and implementing strategies and measures to monitor improvement and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Continuous Improvement Strategy
- Assist the Professional Head of Performance Improvement in creating a strategy for embedding a culture of continuous improvement across the organisation.
- Regularly meet with the Heads of Service or other key stakeholders who are responsible for areas where they are not meeting targets or trajectories to offer support.
- Act as a "business consultant" for key corporate projects, offering guidance and training on continuous improvement strategies, understanding data and using it to make decisions. This will include looking at ways to improve performance management and improvement.

This role will be ideal for someone who is looking for their next challenge and a passionate and motivated self-starter. This role will involve travelling around London a lot with an expectation of 2 days working in the office so will suit someone who lives in and around London.
