Are you a driven sports fanatic who thrives on organisation, accuracy, and results? We're looking for a Product & Inventory Specialist to take ownership of our stock management and ecommerce product listings. This is a senior-level role where you'll initially manage the full process yourself, with the opportunity to lead a growing team as the business scales.

As part of a high-growth, fast-paced brand, you'll work with exclusive signed items from some of the biggest sporting stars in the world — playing a crucial role in keeping inventory accurate, stock moving, and products in front of passionate fans globally.

The key responsibilities of Product & Inventory Specialist :

Receive, inspect, and accurately log all incoming stock, raising issues with suppliers when needed.

Create accurate product titles, SKUs, and listings, including photography, to ensure items are sale-ready.

Place items in the correct warehouse locations and maintain a clean, well-organised storage space.

Monitor stock levels and carry out regular stock checks, resolving discrepancies quickly.

Own and improve the accuracy of stock systems, ensuring real-time visibility of product availability.

Push beyond regular hours when required to maximise sales by getting more stock online.

Work closely with management on performance reporting, helping to maximise profit and stock efficiency.

As the company grows, lead and develop a small team to support product and inventory processes.

The key skills and experience needed to be our Product & Inventory Specialist :

Proven experience in inventory, stock management, product listings, or ecommerce operations.

Exceptional organisational skills with strong attention to detail.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

Confident using stock management systems, spreadsheets, and data to monitor and improve accuracy.

Flexible and willing to work evenings or weekends when required to meet business needs.

A proactive, hands-on approach with the drive to “go the extra mile”.

A genuine passion for sport is highly desirable.

Previous experience in a senior or leadership role within operations, warehousing, or ecommerce would be an advantage.

As an industry leading, nationwide Marketing, Digital, Analytics, IT and Design recruitment agency, we are continually receiving new assignments to work on, so keep a close eye on our website, Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter pages for a full list of current permanent and interim opportunities as well as marketplace news and fun stuff.
