Field Service Engineer (Groundcare / Turf Machinery) £28,000 – £32,000 + Company Van

Location : Sussex, Surrey or Kent

Hours : 40 hours per week

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Field Service Engineer to join my clients team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the servicing, maintenance, and repair of groundcare   machinery and equipment from other manufacturers, supporting customers across Sussex, Surrey, and Kent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out all servicing and repairs on machinery at customer sites.
  • Diagnose and resolve faults effectively- including mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
  • Deliver excellent customer service, representing the company and product brands professionally at all times.
  • Maintain accurate records of service / repair work, customer visits, and working hours.

What You Need To Succeed

  • Strong experience in servicing and repairing groundcare, turfcare, or agricultural machinery.
  • Good knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
  • Ability to work independently and professionally with customers.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Full UK driving licence.

  • Salary : £28,000 – £32,000 (DOE)
