Overview
Bright Selection is recruiting an experienced Home Manager to lead a large dementia specialist care home in Hampshire, Waterlooville. Salary up to £100kpa.
Responsibilities
- Lead a large dementia specialist care home with a stable staff team and Good CQC outcomes.
- Provide visible leadership with strong operational expertise and be supported by a large, skilled and dedicated staff team.
- Inherit a stable foundation and continue driving quality and positive outcomes for people living with dementia and other neurological conditions.
