We are on the hunt for an experienced Head of Sales to join our team. As Head of Sales at Gran Luchito, you will play a key role in shaping and growing one of the UK’s most exciting challenger food brands. You will be responsible for driving commercial strategy and revenue growth across key retail accounts, ensuring the business remains competitive, profitable, and ambitious in its growth targets.
Full‑time, 40 hrs a week – home‑based with some travel required.

About You
To succeed in this role you will be an experienced sales manager, preferably with experience managing accounts of major UK supermarkets, and a self‑starter ready to make a significant impact on the Gran Luchito business.
You will capture the distinctiveness of the Gran Luchito brand, lead the sales team and embody our core values of being nimble, authentic, progressive and inclusive.
