PA / Business Administrator, Hertfordshire, to £40k
This leading provider of large-format graphics, based in Hertfordshire, is seeking an experienced PA with additional Business Administration skills to join its thriving office on a permanent basis.
Overview
The role will be broad but primarily involve supporting the company Directors across the business, providing admin support, diary and travel management, taking meeting notes, as well as supporting the finance team with bookkeeping.
Responsibilities
- Provide admin support to the Directors and cross-functional teams.
- Manage calendars and travel arrangements; take meeting notes and action follow-ups.
- Support the finance team with bookkeeping tasks as required.
- Ensure permits, passes and other paperwork (e.g., RAMs) are in place for installation teams to operate timely.
- Help establish and implement effective agency-wide processes and project governance guidelines to promote smooth daily operations and cohesive teamwork.
Qualifications & Requirements
Dynamic, highly organized, excellent communicators, and good negotiators.Solid PA / Business Administration background, ideally within a construction or graphics environment.Full knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential.Office-based role, 5 days a week.Free onsite parking is available.Employment details
