Maintenance Engineer

Bespak are looking for a Maintenance Engineer for the Kings Lynn site, PE30 2JJ. The salary range for this permanent, onsite role is between £50k and £53k plus a discretionary annual bonus. Our generous benefits package includes 28 days leave plus bank holidays, 8% company pension contribution to employees 3%, onsite parking and medical / dental / health / life assurance.

Working Pattern - 4 on 4 off - Mon 6am to 6pm / Tue 6am to 6pm / Wed 6pm to 6am / Thu 6pm to 6am Fri+Sat+Sun+Mon off - Start the next shift on Tue at 6am for your next 4-day pattern.

As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of our advanced manufacturing equipment, including cam-driven assembly systems and robotic injection moulding machines. Your role will involve a mix of planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs, where you will conduct root cause investigations to prevent future failures.
