Senior Recruitment Consultant - Data Centre

Role Overview :

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant with a background in data centre recruitment. This is a 360 recruitment role, meaning you will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle – from business development and client management to sourcing, interviewing, and placing top talent.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for data centre roles, including technical and IT infrastructure positions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing strategic advice.
• Proactively generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and research.
• Source, engage, and assess candidates using a variety of channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and industry networks.
• Conduct interviews, manage offers, and ensure a smooth placement process.
• Meet and exceed personal and team targets for placements, revenue, and business development.
• Keep up-to-date with the data centre and IT market trends, providing insight to clients and candidates.
• In parallel to Data Centre focus, support on wider Technology, Energy and Engineering related projects amongst our existing client portfolio

Requirements :

• Proven experience as a recruiter in the data centre or IT infrastructure space.
• Strong experience in a 360-recruitment role – delivering both business development and candidate management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting targets.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sourcing tools.
