Engineering Tutor

We are looking to recruit an Engineering Tutor who will be responsible for coaching, mentoring, tutoring, and assessing students. The Tutor will support apprentices to develop their knowledge, skills and behaviours that are required to be demonstrated within the apprenticeship. This will consist of coaching and mentoring sessions, knowledge delivery through teaching sessions run in the classroom and workshops in Crewe. You will be required to teach in both the classroom and the workshop environment, complete guidance, and mock end point assessments to ensure that apprenticeships are ready for the independent assessment at the end of their apprenticeship.You will work closely with other Learning coach's to ensure that the skills and knowledge learnt in the classroom will be embedded in the workplace. You will take part in discussions with employers to build good relationships and be involved in updating all parties on the apprentice's journey through progress reviews.
