Pertemps Managed Solutions is delighted to partner with a highly acclaimed, fast-growing travel agency with a strong presence across the North of England. We’re looking for a passionate Travel Consultant to become the newest addition to this energetic, customer-focused team.
This is a varied, fast-paced and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You’ll be helping customers create unforgettable holidays — whether face-to-face, online, over social media, or on the phone.

What You’ll Be Doing
Designing and booking memorable travel experiences tailored perfectly to your customers’ needs
Engaging confidently with new and existing clients across multiple channels, including online chat, social media, phone calls and in-person
Delivering exceptional customer service — the secret to the company’s continued success
Achieving individual sales targets while supporting your team to meet overall branch goals.

What We’re Looking For
Previous experience working in a retail travel environment
A natural communicator who can build relationships with a diverse range of customers
Ambition, drive and a genuine passion for travel, with an eagerness to stay up to date with current travel trends
A goal‑focused team player with the determination to succeed and celebrate success.
