Overview

Regional Nurse Manager - Complex Care — London. Sentra Care is partnering with a leading complex care provider to recruit an experienced Regional Nurse Manager. This is a key leadership role for a senior nurse who thrives in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment and is passionate about delivering safe, high-quality care to individuals with complex needs at home. Location : London. Job Type : Full-time, Permanent.

About the Role

You’ll be responsible for leading a team of Clinical Leads across London, supporting adults and children with high-dependency needs in their own homes. The role combines strategic leadership, hands-on clinical input, and a visible presence with clients, families, and commissioning partners.

Working in partnership with the Head of Clinical Services, you’ll ensure care delivery is safe, person-centred, and fully compliant with clinical standards and governance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to Clinical Leads
  • Hold a small, high-complexity caseload to stay grounded in care delivery
  • Oversee onboarding of new clients and ensure smooth transitions into care
  • Drive continuous quality improvement through audit, SOP compliance, and clinical supervision
  • Escalate and manage complex clinical issues with clients, families, and MDTs
  • Represent the clinical function in commissioner meetings and case reviews
  • Deliver or support clinical training for carers and nurses
  • Participate in the senior clinical on-call rota

Qualifications

  • NMC Registered Nurse with significant community, complex care, or ITU experience
  • Confident in leading teams and managing clinical risk
  • Experienced in developing others through coaching and supervision
  • Strong knowledge of UK healthcare systems, safeguarding, and CQC requirements
  • Excellent communicator, able to build trust with families and professionals
  • Based in London with flexibility to travel across the region
  • Full UK driving licence required
