The rate is £28.11ph PAYE.

This is a temporary role.

The successful candidate will have management skills, education and academy experience related to land dealings, including foundations schools, development experience in these areas, large-scale housing stock transfer experience, estate ballot experience, and the ability to handle lease and licence work.

They should demonstrate good experience in managing a workload related to commercial property asset management, including sales, purchases, leases, licences, etc., along with a solid understanding of land title matters and relevant legislation concerning property transactions.
