Reassured are looking for a Protection Adviser to help our customers find the right cover for what matters most. If you're a great listener, a clear communicator and genuinely care about helping people make informed decisions, this is a brilliant opportunity to join a supportive, purpose-driven team.

As a Protection Adviser you will take pride in researching and offering a tailored solution to your customer that best fits their needs. You’ll build trust through honest conversations, provide clear and accurate information, and ensure every customer feels confident in their choices.

What we're looking for:

• Minimum 12 months holistic protection advice within a customer-focused, regulated telephone environment
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy in recording information
• A self-motivated professional with the discipline to succeed remotely
• Empathetic approach to helping others
