CRM Data Specialist

CRM Data Specialist / Data Researcher / CRM Data Analyst.  Hybrid.  My client is a successful technical solutions company with a global reach, currently undergoing significant growth across multiple departments.  As part of this expansion, they’re looking to appoint a detail-driven Data Researcher / CRM Data Specialist to join a small, friendly, and fast-paced team led by an experienced manager.

The role :

This role is focused on researching and enriching data for targeted multi-touch campaigns, helping to ensure that the company’s well-established bespoke CRM remains accurate, insightful, and fit for purpose. The successful candidate will play a key part in supporting marketing and business development efforts by identifying the right people and organisations to engage.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure CRM data is complete, accurate, and up-to-date

Use tools like LinkedIn, Cognism, and Endole to fill data gaps and gather company insights

Support marketing and new business campaigns by identifying key buying personas

Maintain CRM integrity and ensure compliance with data protection regulations

Generate reports on data quality and campaign performance

Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align data efforts with business goalsSkills & Experience

1–2 years’ experience working with large datasets and generating actionable insights

Strong Excel skills and solid CRM system experience

Experience in data cleaning, validation, and basic analysis

Good time management and ability to meet deadlines

Self-motivated with a “can-do” attitude and open-minded approach

Understanding of GDPR and data compliance

Knowledge of marketing automation is a plusLocation

Hybrid role, 2 days per week at the office in Bedford (free parking).
