Responsibilities

• Greet clients with a warm welcome, either in person or over the phone, ensuring they feel valued and cared for.
• Work closely with other team members to determine the best optical solutions for clients, ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of service.
• Deliver exceptional service at every step of the client journey, from the initial consultation to follow-up care.
• Handle appointments, manage patient records, and assist with the smooth running of the practice’s daily operations.
• Assist clients in selecting eyewear, providing expert advice on frames, lenses, and contact lenses, and ensure products meet client needs and preferences.
• Build strong relationships with team members, peers, and clients to foster a positive, cooperative work environment.
• Assist in managing stock levels, ensuring products are available and well-maintained.
