Overview

We are recruiting for an experienced Nursery Manager for a quality early years setting in South Bristol. This is for a succesful nursery part of an expanding chain, with a great reputation in the local communuty

Role details

The role is a permanent full time (40hrs a week) position working Monday to Friday.

Requirements of the Nursery Manager role in South Bristol

Minimum Level 3 in childcare or equivalent

Minimum 5 years in early years and 3 years in management role

Experience of leading an Ofsted inspection

Duties and responsibilities

implement an educational, simulating and safe environment for children in line with legislation and Ofsted requirements

Recruit, manage and ensure all staff are trained

Ensuring nursery ratios are adhered to at all times

Develop and maintain relationship with the local community and professional agencies
