Key Responsibilities :

Promote positive change in people’s lives using social work methods, models, and tools.

Support adults to maximise independence and manage risks of abuse and neglect.

Make professional judgements within legal and policy frameworks.

Carry out assessments of care and support needs, plan services, and review outcomes.

Undertake safeguarding enquiries, support colleagues in enquiries, and help adults create and implement safeguarding plans aligned with their wishes and circumstances.

Essential Requirements :

Degree in Social Work and SWE registration.

At least 2 years’ post-qualified experience in Adult Social Care.
