Job Title : Interim Deputy Director of Care

Salary : £75,000

Location : High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire

6-month contract with possibility to extend to permanent.

We are delighted to be working with a fantastic charity based just outside of High Wycombe. We are looking for an experienced Interim Deputy Director of Care to support the charity through a large period of change as the organisation looks to grow.

To be considered for this great opportunity , the ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience as outlined below.

• Experience in a similar position.
• Significant experience in oversight of Multi-site residential services
• 5+ years’ experience with service users with Learning difficulties, complex needs and challenging behaviours.
• Fantastic business acumen, with the ability to manage large commercial strategies and budgets.
• Be able to work closely and cross-functionally with various departments.
• Possess strong values based leadership and management qualities.
• Communicate professionally with visitors including family and friends.
• Outstanding understanding of CQC compliance.
