We are seeking a Deputy CEO to join our Family Office and Captive Investment Fund , SDVentures. This fund manages a diversified global investment portfolio, oversees governance of majority-owned digital businesses, and ensures long-term support for our beneficiaries. Assets include real estate, public market instruments, private equity, and luxury assets.

Main Responsibilities

Oversee asset governance and ensure value preservation across online businesses.
Manage investment portfolios, monitor performance, rebalance strategies, and mitigate risks.
Optimize legal and financial infrastructure, drive succession planning, enhance brand visibility, and lead high-performing teams.

Qualifications and Experience

Proven track record in multi-asset governance across digital and traditional assets.

Deep understanding of corporate finance, valuation, capital structure, and financial modeling.

Experience leading M&A transactions, private equity deals, IPOs, and exits.

Strong project management and leadership skills, including managing teams of 10+.

Hands-on experience with various asset classes : equities, options, fixed income, commodities, hedge funds, real estate, venture capital, private equity.

Knowledge of international taxation and legal structuring, especially in EU (Cyprus), USA, Hong Kong, and UAE.

Structured, analytical thinking and results-driven mindset with high accountability and decision-making skills.
