Demand / Supply Chain Planner

Role

Overview : As a Demand Planner, you will be pivotal in demand and supply chain functions. Your expertise will drive the demand strategy and ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Demand Planning : Accountable for the Demand Plan and input into the Demand strategy.
• S&OP Process : Lead the Demand review S&OP process.
• System Management : Manage the Demand planning system.
• Product Changes : Ensure product changes are implemented on the system.
• Insight Management : Handle internal and external insight feeds.
• Reconciliation : Accountable for demand reconciliation and gap closing monitoring.
• LEAN Initiatives : Drive the end-to-end demand process using LEAN initiatives.
• Collaboration : Work collaboratively with the supply planner to resolve supply and demand conflicts.
• Forecast Accuracy : Ensure forecast accuracy and validate critical data.
• Continuous Improvement : Monitor and evaluate processes continuously.
• Budget Review : Review the gap between the demand plan and the sales budget.
