BEMS Applications Engineer – Southern Division

£47,000 - £57,000 + Car + Training + Technical Progression + Pension + Package

Location : South / South-East UK

Clear are now looking for a BEMS Applications Engineer to join our growing Southern Division team.

What you’ll do

• Manage small to medium BEMS projects, running single or multiple jobs.
• Design, engineer, and commission BEMS systems through to completion.
• Handle procurement of controls equipment and sub-contract supply chain services.
• Oversee Health & Safety requirements across projects.
• Liaise with admin and operations teams on labour planning and financial control.
• Supervise sub-contractors and conduct site surveys to support sales.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Travel across the South / South-East Division.
