Location : Office-based, Queen Hills, NR8 5HD
Salary : £28,000 per annum
Hours : Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm, Full-time, Permanent
Holiday : 28 days (including Bank Holidays)

The Role
We’re looking for a Administrator & Commissions Officer to join our busy operations team. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone organised, accurate, confident with Excel and more than happy to be on the phone, and who enjoys taking ownership of their work.
What You’ll Do
Maintain systems, spreadsheets and trackers
Answer queries from advisers, partners and suppliers
Support the team with day-to-day admin tasks
Call lenders, solicitors and insurers for updates
Allocate referrals and track team performance
Assist with marketing materials and partner updates
Process commission statements and create simple reports
Handle donations, partner payments and deductions
Provide updates to estate agent partners and input data
What We’re Looking For
Strong Excel skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Organised with good communication skills
Able to work independently and follow processes
Proactive, problem-solving mindset
Financial services, payroll or mortgage admin experience is a bonus (but not essential if you’re quick to learn)
