Rate of pay :  £11.44per hour

Working pattern : 20-25 hours per week, Monday - Friday

Key Responsibilities :

• Engage and interact with customers and the team with a friendly attitude.
• Be knowledgeable about the coffee and food we offer.
• Maintain the highest standards of coffee service and cleanliness.
• Represent Gather & Gather’s FOOD ideals at all times.
• Communicate effectively with your manager and the team.
• Serve hot beverages and craft coffee to the highest standards.
• Restock and assist with stock takes as needed.
• Create an inviting atmosphere that encourages customers to return!
