Internal Sales - Engineering

Were looking for a driven and motivated Internal Sales Executive to join a growing engineering and manufacturing business in Leicester. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong communication skills, commercial awareness, and the hunger to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

Handling incoming sales enquiries and converting them into opportunities

Building strong relationships with customers and providing excellent service

Preparing quotations and following up to secure orders

Working closely with the wider team to deliver against KPIs and sales targets

Assisting with account management and identifying opportunities for growth

Supporting sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue

About You

Previous sales or internal account management experience (manufacturing / engineering background desirable but not essential)

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Confident, proactive, and target-driven

Organised with strong attention to detail

Comfortable using IT systems, CRM, and Microsoft Office
