Ideal candidate background for Fleet Administrator :
- Previous experience in fleet, transport, or logistics administration is desirable, though strong administration experience in another fast-paced setting will also be considered
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Knowledge of fleet compliance or willingness to learn
Fleet Administrator main responsibilities :
Maintain accurate fleet records and ensure systems are up to dateCoordinate MOTs, servicing, inspections, and repairs with external providersSupport administration of fuel cards, insurance, vehicle tax, and contractsMonitor driver compliance including licence checks and trainingPrepare reports and assist with fleet cost management and budget trackingP...
