Job descriptionCategory C licence with at least 6 months experience. Full UK Driving Licence. No more than 6 points. DIGI and CPC Card. Physically capable – manual handling is part of the role. Competitive hourly rate - £17.11PH Start times between 04 : 00 – 06 : 00 Tuesday – Saturday shift pattern, completing 45hrs per week. Positive and friendly environment including free on-site parking. £500 bonus for referring a lorry driver friend – they get £250 too! 28 days holiday (inclusive of Bank Holidays) ...
HGV Class 2 Drivers Needed
Grafters Recruit are currently looking for HGV2 / LGV Category C Driver / Class 2 Drivers to work out of our client in Northampton on a temp – perm basis with immediate starts available.
For this HGV2 / Class 2 Driver role, you will be responsible for :
- Drive company vehicles safely and professionally in line with company policies and legal requirements
- Comply with all vehicle security and standing procedures
- Perform daily vehicle and equipment checks, reporting any issues immediately
- Report delivery issues promptly
- Delivering kitchen and bathroom flatpack products as part of a two-person crew to customers houses and flats
- Professionally completing 6-16 drops per shift.
